Ideally: brand, full part / model number, quantity, voltage or rating where relevant, and a required-by date. If you only have a photo, nameplate or partial number, send what you have — we will work backwards from there.
Yes. A clear photo of the nameplate, label or the part itself often gives us enough to identify and source it. Multiple angles help when there is no clear part number.
We aim to come back quickly with firm pricing and lead times. Hard-to-find or obsolete parts may take longer while we verify availability across our supplier network — we will not quote a number we cannot actually meet.
Minimums depend on the item, supplier and quantity. For bulk consumables and standing orders, we can structure pricing tiers around expected monthly volume.
Where appropriate we will offer both the OEM option and a working equivalent — with a clear note on the trade-off — so you can choose based on price, lead time and warranty.

Yes — this is one of our core focus areas. We trace discontinued PLC modules, drives and sensors through our supplier network and offer engineered equivalents where appropriate.
Where it is safe and practical, yes. We cross-reference specs and propose alternatives that match the application. We will always tell you when an equivalent is being offered instead of the original.
No. Brand names are used for identification and sourcing context only. GPL Solutions sources products through its supplier network and does not claim authorised, official, approved or exclusive supplier status with any listed brand.
Warranty terms are confirmed on the quote and may differ by brand, supplier and item condition. Where equivalents are offered, the applicable warranty terms are stated clearly up front.
Often, yes. Send the machine make and model, photos of the component in situ and any wiring or position references. We will work through it with the supplier network.

Yes. We coordinate deliveries to manufacturing sites, mines and remote operations across South Africa, with consolidated documentation.
It depends on the item. Local stock items can move quickly. Imported, OEM-specific or obsolete items take longer and we will confirm a realistic lead time on the quote — we do not guarantee 24-hour turnaround as a blanket rule.
Yes. Send the failed part details (photo, nameplate, machine model) and mark the request as urgent — we will prioritise identification and check stock options first.
Yes. Where multiple items are quoted together we can ship them as a consolidated delivery to suit a planned shutdown or maintenance window.
